Rubber Preparation
Preparation of the rubber ejection systems and cutting them using high-pressure water jet technology.
Glueing Rubber
Bonding the shell with ejector and guide rubbers.

2006
New Technologies
The production department receives specially developed machines for the manufacturing of rotary tools. Lasers and metal benders enable faster and more precise work, even on complex orders.
2009/2010
Big Move
After the initial years in the first production facility, expansion became necessary. Rota-Center relocates—still in Leverkusen, but now in a larger hall. More space for future expansions is available.
2015
10th Anniversary Celebration
Rota-Center has now been around for 10 years! Everyone is invited: employees and their families, as well as friends and long-standing customers. Over the weekend, all guests will be well taken care of and are welcome to celebrate.
2024/2025
Purchasing the Building
Fifteen years after relocating to the new facility, the building was purchased. This paves the way for expansions and modifications to enhance production without any obstacles.

20th Anniversary Celebration
